Kievdeluxe is one of the leading real estate agencies in the luxury real estate segment. The client set us a list of objectives for creating a luxury real estate web-site such as: to develop a web-site that would distinguish the agency among competitors, to emphasize the exclusivity of services, to provide a luxury design and to make the web-site adapted to the main types of desktop and mobile devices.
Main tasks:
- To create a WOW-site with a modern design, which would emphasize the luxury of customer services.
- To develop a scheme of interaction with a user as simple as possible, without registration and with a minimum number of clicks and data filling;
- To show the main services on the first screen so the user can receive information and make the main actions without scrolling;
- To allow the user to create a list of favourite objects on the web-site and send this list to e-mail
- To design the flexible system of filters in the real estate database and to develop a convenient site search system;
- To make the site comfortable to watch from mobile gadgets.
Process:
The first step of site development was a prototyping stage. The structure of each page of the future site was analyzed and developed to achieve our main objectives, correctly place all necessary information and make the site as convenient as possible for future users.
At the second step, the project was transferred to the designers of Lincore web-studio. According to the previously elaborated prototype, an exclusive design was created. It contained well thought-out typography, animation and micro-interactions. The appearance of the site became glossy, expensive and modern.
54 layouts in total were developed for the KIEVDELUXE website, taking into account the different resolutions of screens. All possible variants of user interaction were thought over and drawn.
At the third step, the site was passed on to the layout designers and programmers. They created an adaptive layout with dynamic effects and all the necessary functionality.
Result.
We were pleased to present the luxury real estate web-site kievdeluxe.com to the customer. We also developed an online personal account on the website for the agency’s employees. This allowed them to work with the database. We achieved all objectives: a modern website was developed and this helped our customer to get a leading position among real estate corporate websites.
